**About the role**:
As a Finance & Admin Intern at Flanks, you’ll support the daily management of our financial operations, ensuring accounts are accurately maintained in Holded. You’ll assist in onboarding clients, help prepare monthly reports for investors, and process provider payments. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll contribute to streamlining administrative and bookkeeping processes, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

**What you'll do ️**:
Here’s what you can expect to work on:

- Maintain and structure financial accounts in Holded, ensuring everything is up to date on a daily basis.
- Responsbility to onboard clients, ensuring the admin dealflow is set up effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports for clients and investors.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in bookkeeping processes.
- Process the payments to providers

**What we'd love to see**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for structure and process-oriented work.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Interest in building a new area within the company.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or similar is a plus, but not required.
- **Language Proficiency**: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment ️.
