**About the job:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team. Platform’s core mission is to foster scalability within Back Market’s product teams. Massive growth potential is in front of us, but we must be best-in-class about our foundations, tooling, and core experiences.

Be at the center of this strategic evolution by building amazing customer experiences and best-in-class enterprise-grade solutions for our sellers.

Working closely with executive leaders and partners in the Engineering, User Research, Product Design, and Country teams you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive experience that meets users' needs while promoting Back Market’s unique positioning and brand.

The scope of this role is very broad, with high visibility and complete autonomy on the scope. It requires a blend of technical & functional expertise, data fluency, user understanding, and business acumen.

**YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)**:

- Bring an ambitious product mindset as the first PM of what is currently a technical team. You are the missing link between business and tech.
- Incubated in platform engineering, the products will likely fall into functional scopes (customer/seller) to continue their development—you’ll be bootstrapping and scaling this critical part of our stack.
- Define and develop the product strategy and delivery of a new set of products covering all of Back Market - from clients to sellers, going through internal users of our tools, and for all the continents.
- Working hand in hand with your engineering counterpart to ensure we have reliable yet ambitious roadmaps, with the expected delivery quality level.
- Defining the best product strategy to serve the business priorities and creating short and long-term alignment with business counterparts.
