- and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a Microsoft 365** **Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Services team.

With reference to our People lead in Digital Workplace Services, you will become part of our internal IT organization, which enables all Kamstrup employees in their daily work. Our IT department consists of 65+ dedicated colleagues supporting all Kamstrup’s divisions globally. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Evaluate that we offer the business the right solutions that enables effective collaboration globally
- Explore business new needs, plan and deploy Microsoft 365 services
- Implementing automation of our Microsoft 365 services and products to ensure efficiency and quality
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner

**Personality matters**
We are looking for a talented Microsoft 365 Engineer who is ready to take our enterprise IT Microsoft 365 to new heights. Your educational background is most likely a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Combined with 5 years’ experience with the following:

- Implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environment
- Configuring and administering services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
- Azure Active Directory (AAD)/ Microsoft Entra ID, and identity synchronization technologies
- PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks in Microsoft 365 environments

As a person, you are always bouncing ideas and thinking of new alternatives and solutions which can further support the business. You enjoy troubleshooting and keep an overview when handling business critical tasks that require top-prioritization. You get energy from connecting the 365 solutions with the business and understand how to approach different audiences and adjust your communication accordingly. You are known as a team player, while always being welcoming and approachable thus always share your knowledge while inviting for sparring and discussions. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken, moreover Spanish will be considered an advantage.
