**How will you make a difference?**
The Plug & Play Tech Center is currently looking for an in-house Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. The position offers an unparalleled opportunity for both personal and professional growth in a supportive and prosperous environment in Valencia.
**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the team with recruitment duties.
- CV screening.
- Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
- Conducting initial phone screenings.
- Conducting full hiring process.
- Attend job fairs.
**Requirements**:
- High fluency in English is a MUST
- Living in Valencia or available for immediate relocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
