**Job Description Summary**: The Project Coordinator supports the Project Managers in all Project Execution related matters and tasks. The "ProCo" has an agreed work scope under the functional leadership of the Project Manager, the PM and ProCo share the project tasks among themselves. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result. **About us** GE’s Onshore Wind business has a total installed base of more than 50,000 wind turbines in more than 35 counties, with 100+ GW of global installed capacity. We harness increased onshore wind energy potential through a broad family of turbines that are uniquely suited for a variety of wind environments, including Cypress, GE’s most powerful onshore wind turbine, and GE’s 2MW platform, which has more than 20GW installed and in operation today. We are committed to our customers’ success in wind, offering a broad portfolio of products and services that make renewables the energy of choice for a cleaner future. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Support the Project Managers in all Project Execution matters and tasks. The ProCo has an agreed work scope, the PM and ProCo share the project tasks among themselves. - Assist in the development of individual project budgets, track site activities, component deliveries, indirect purchases, manpower levels, project schedules, payables, cost of quality (COQ) and other project costs. - Update and understand “Estimate Cost at Completion” (EAC) tool. Interact with Global Field Operations (GFO), Project Finance and other project related functions. - Represent the Project as the back-up for the PM in for internal inquiries, meetings and project reviews. - Represent GE Wind Energy in front of Customers (externally) as required. - Assist in the development of negotiation strategies to resolve project issues and execute change orders. - Interface across GE Wind matrix with engineering, sourcing, finance, logistics, etc. regarding project execution matters. - Assist and lead all processes related to the projects, such as Cash Collection, Clarify Cases - Perform administrative activities as per relevant PM processes, including: Invoicing, Bank/Payment - Guarantees, Requisitions, Documentation requirements etc. using applicable tools such as Oracle, Clarify, SSP5 etc. - Participate in process improvement, quality and lean initiatives as required. Qualifications / Requirements - BS / BA Degree in any discipline, preferably Technical or Business or equivalent knowledge or experience - Fluent Spanish and English language skills - Project Management experience / educational background - Thorough Competency in Microsoft Office Tools - Demonstrable financial acumen and business savvy - Office work in presence is essential (with possibility working only partly in remote) - If contracted in Spain: **Additional Information**: **Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
