At** Itera Mobility Engineering**, we are currently seeking a Quality Technician **(Pamplona) **to address upcoming requirements in one of the most important German automotive industry companies in the sector.

**Requirements**:

- **Handling of complaints.**:

- **Expertise in automotive parts**.
- **Proficiency in computer tools** (MS Office Suite).
- Quality and Statistical Tools.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing process.
- Fluent in English.
- FP or Degree in Mechanics/Industrial/Design

**Responsibilities**:

- Work to be carried out in the **afternoon shift. (14:00h - 22:00h)**:

- Receive and manage any type of anomaly and/or complaint from the plant, for example: parts that are not assembled.
- In cases of severity and/or complexity, contact the on-duty quality analyst for consultation on how to proceed.
- Conduct a brief and simple audit of a car in the afternoon.
- Provide support to the 4 Task Force service managers.
