**Stolt Sea Farm**is one of the most advanced aquaculture companies in the world and the leading supplier—under the **Prodemar**brand—of high-quality turbot and sole, produced in an environmentally responsible way. We operate 14 land-based aquaculture farms across 5 countries, with a production capacity of over 6,500 tons of turbot and 1,700 tons of sole. Our team includes more than 450 dedicated professionals.
Stolt Sea Farm is part of the **Stolt-Nielsen Group**, a long-term investor and operator creating value in bulk liquid logistics and land-based aquaculture. Together, the group employs over 6,700 people.

**Position: Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Manager**

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital transformation, business intelligence, and operational excellence.

**Main Objectives**:

- Analyze business data to identify improvement areas, eliminate bottlenecks, and anticipate trends.
- Develop and implement a business technology strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team in product development, process optimization, and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to improve global commercial and operational processes.
- Ensure the company’s IT landscape is fit for current and future business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in BI, IT, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in team management and digital project leadership.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product roles.
- Strong knowledge of database management, process design, business analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to implement robust product management frameworks and lead organizational change.
- Excellent communication skills to convey digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
