Over the past 8 years, we’ve built a team of 50+ professionals along the Costa del Sol and are now expanding in Costa Blanca and Dubai.

This role is ideal for motivated agents with experience in **new build property sales** who want real earning potential, full back-office support, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

**What We Offer**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process
- Conduct **virtual and in-person property tours**:

- Negotiate and close deals
- Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners
- Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **1 year of real estate experience** (new build experience preferred)
- **Native English-speaking**:

- Familiarity with the **Costa Blanca region**:

- Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca **2-3 days per week**
