The Partner Manager is responsible for driving new hotel growth by leveraging existing and new Property Management System (PMS) partner relationships. The Partner Manager will own all Property Management System relationships across EMEA and the Americas, driving new hotel growth through improved technical connection, improved onboarding, activations, and marketing activities.

- Persistent and skilled at negotiation, actively target key identified partners, negotiate favorable commercials for SiteMinder.

People who are successful in this role...
- The Partner Manager must love creating and cultivating relationships with decision-makers within their portfolio of partners. You must have a firm understanding of a Property Management System, what it does, and be able to communicate about technical API connections at a high level. This role will need to develop internal relationships and work across every department within SiteMinder. Finally, you will need to pitch new ideas and partner programs to gain buy-in from your partners.

- Reports to: VP, Partnerships
- Managing: None
- Collaborating with: SiteMinder clients, Sales Team, Onboarding Success Team, Account Managers, Product Team
- Location: EMEA, AMERS
