We’re launching a **brand-new boutique gym concept just for women**, centred around glute-focused training, confidence, and community.

We’re looking for a **creative, fitness-savvy content and marketing powerhouse** to help us build our brand from day one.

This is not just a social media assistant job — this is a key creative position, where you’ll help shape the **online voice, vibe, and look** of a completely fresh fitness brand.

You’ll work closely with our Gym Manager, **Danielle**, creating and publishing content daily, supporting in-gym marketing, and turning real gym life into an engaging online presence

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Film, photograph, and post daily content** (especially Reels and Stories)
- **Create eye-catching visuals** using Canva and/or Photoshop
- Jump on **trending sounds, formats, and viral content** in a way that fits our brand
- Plan content themes, campaigns, and weekly posting calendars
- **Shoot cinematic-style content** on iPhone or mirrorless camera when needed
- Encourage clients to take and share content — you’ll be our **energy in the room**:

- Help train/support the Gym Manager to co-create and schedule posts
- Write high-quality, on-brand captions and copy (English fluency required)
- Contribute to wider marketing ideas — we’re a small, growing team

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**
- Excellent knowledge of **Instagram and TikTok features** (Reels, audio trends, scheduling, analytics, etc.)
- **Canva, Photoshop skills ( Final cut & Illustrator would be a benefit )**:

- Confident filming, editing, and posting video content independently
- Comfortable using apps like **CapCut, InShot, Lightroom** or similar
- **Fluent English speaker** (Spanish is a bonus)
- Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic — you’ll be helping build a community
- Highly organised and reliable — able to take ownership of daily output

**Essential Background**

You must **either**:

- Have experience working in a **gym, fitness studio, or wellness business**

**OR**
- Be **deeply familiar with fitness content** through personal training, fitness influencing, or personal passion — and have a clear content portfolio to show it
