**Your mission**:
Lead MEM & Operating Supplies purchasing processes for SWE, analyzing the market, setting the Sourcing Strategy and supplier Management in co-ordination with involved Functional Dpts and with Sector Procurement Category Leads, ensuring the best quality & cost deals for the company as well as maximizing productivities. Supervise energy invoicing process for SWE.

**Responsibilities**

**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Stretch teamwork with European Category leaders to build a solid sourcing strategy for Operating Supplies and MEM Capex and Opex.
- Responsible for analyzing business needs, supplying market, cost drivers and processes.
- Responsible to implement the sourcing strategy in SWE Business Unit for Operating Supplies and MEM, aligning with internal stakeholders & Global & Sector Category Leads.
- Responsible to establish the right relationships with Sector Indirects Team to maximize impact in SWE BU.
- Consistently identify and deliver year on year productivity by reducing volume, cost, improving mix and leading relationships with suppliers, always with a TCO approach.
- Responsible to detect and develop local productivity opportunities creating and leading X-Functional teams, ensuring alignment and commitment of stakeholders.
- Responsible to find sourcing alternatives.
- Lead negotiations and tenders on both a strategic & tactical basis, assuring the best service at a consistently better cost vs market average.
- Supervise energy invoicing process.
- Lead relationship with Local Suppliers keeping continuous level of challenge, including performance evaluation.

**Qualifications**

**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Strong background in Procurement (3-5 years minimum)
- Good knowledge of MAKE and MEM
- Practical experience in managing Operations categories
- Experience in managing local and international networking.
- Language skills: Fluent Spanish and English required, spoken and written.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Commerce, International Trade.
- Good knowledge of SAP and analytical skills
