- Overall operation of the manufacturing processes to achieve the objectives of continuous improvement and quality of the products obtained, complying with both health and hygiene and occupational risk prevention legislation in force. Collaboration with shift managers and in charge of the staff involved in the production process. Identification of opportunities and proposals for improvement.
- Coordinates and is responsible for the internal transfers and storage of raw materials and finished manufacturing products of the plant and of the personnel and equipment involved in these operations. Collaborates with the purchasing department in the acquisition of auxiliary materials necessary for the manufacturing process. Manages the operation of the manufacturing processes associated with environmental aspects in order to achieve the objectives of continuous improvement, complying with the environmental legislation in force.
- Develops corrective actions associated with environmental aspects and environmental risks of the process and facilities. Maintains the operational documentation of the system up to date. Carries out the action plans associated with the objectives and targets assigned to it by the factory management.
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and years of experience) in **oilseed crushing, oil refining, or related and applicable activities.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and other technical software packages, as needed.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.

For this role you will need to bring a driving personality with a **project management mentality.** You are able to establish relationships and build bridges between departments and geographies. You are conscious and capable of involving the right partners and representing their interests in projects. A structured approach is core to your personality, and you are leading and ensuring a high quality of work delivered by third parties.
