Overview:
**Graduate - Infrastructure Engineer**

As Graduate - Infrastructure Engineer, you will be involved in exciting technical challenges by analyzing, troubleshooting, and designing vital services, platforms, and infrastructure while always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.

Reporting to the Service Operations Senior Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for helping to support 24x7 uptime and availability of production mission critical customer facing cloud services distributed across multiple regions. You will help to create more consistent, automated push button environments across all tiers, proactively test and tune all aspects of the infrastructure, streamline CI/CD processes, monitor, and respond to system notifications and alerts and continually work to optimize and improve the performance, security, and reliability of our systems.

**What you will do**
- Conduct system analysis, configuration management and develop improvements for system software performance, availability.
- Help build a Site Reliability Engineering culture across the organization and reliability.

Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- A graduate in Computer Science or related discipline, or relevant experience in software engineering.
- Basic programming skills and scripting skills are required.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment frameworks such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a plus.
- Comfortable using cloud-related technologies such as Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Understanding of data pipelines, big data technologies, databases is desirable.
- Any experience in Aviation domain is a plus.
- Attention to detail, working in an environment where precision and accuracy are required.
- Problem-solving skills - ability to follow problems through to resolution.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task with good management skills.
- Aware of Agile methodology and has a passion for software and technology.
