Do you want to shape how publishers around the world monetize their traffic and grow their business? At Adcash, we’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic **Publisher Sales Manager** to expand our global publisher network. In this role, you’ll identify and onboard new publisher partners, build long-term relationships, negotiate mutually beneficial deals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and strong ongoing performance. Your goal: help publishers maximize their revenue while strengthening Adcash’s global supply. **What you will do...** - Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new publisher partners to expand Adcash’s global network. - Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, lead negotiations, and close long-term supply deals. - Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing publishers, acting as their go-to partner for growth. - Review performance regularly, share insights, and implement optimization strategies to boost eCPM, fill rates, and overall revenue. - Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell additional ad formats (Display, Pop-under, Interstitial, Video, In-Page Push) to maximize publisher monetization. - Anticipate publisher needs and ensure high satisfaction to drive retention and long-term partnerships. - Work closely with account management, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth tag integration and seamless onboarding. - Monitor key KPIs across your portfolio and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to continuously identify new monetization opportunities for your publishers. **We'd love to meet someone with...** - 1-4 years of sales experience in the digital field - Fluency in English is a must - A proven track record of (full-cycle) sales experience (see above) - A demonstrated ability to meet sales targets - A strong understanding of various ad formats, i.e., display, pop-under, video and interstitial ads - Successful experience in optimizing products and services based on customer needs - Great adaptability, flexibility, and a "can-do" attitude - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, where building and nurturing relationships are second nature to you - Well-honed multitasking and time management expertise.
