**What You Will Do**
- Support strategic supplier selection processes based on technical compatibility, quality standards, and long-term scalability
- Drive contract negotiations that go beyond pricing - securing flexibility, traceability, delivery performance, and risk mitigation
- Build strong supplier relationships that support our shift from prototyping to serial production, anticipating risks before they surface
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and industrialization teams to translate technical needs into sourcing decisions
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring alignment with internal policies and project deadlines
- Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels, supplier lead times, and cost structures across production cycles
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify innovative suppliers, alternative materials, and regional sourcing opportunities
- Implement and track supplier KPIs to ensure quality, delivery, and commercial targets are consistently met
- Support make-or-buy decisions and contribute to the development of procurement strategies that enable manufacturing excellence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or automotive is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and supplier development
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments while staying detail-oriented and accountable
- Fluent in English - any other language is a plus
