**The mission**:
We’re looking for a junior data talent with an eye for detail, a structured mindset, and a solid grasp of Power BI to help us turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a supportive environment without needing to own the whole data architecture from day one. You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team, helping stakeholders (internal and external) make smart decisions with reliable dashboards and visual reports.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to support Product, Finance, Customer Success and more stakeholders.
- Help ensure data consistency and clarity across teams and tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand what they need and translate that into effective, clean reporting.
- Maintain and improve our reporting documentation for easier reusability and team collaboration.
- Spot data inconsistencies or blockers and suggest simple, scalable improvements.
- Learn from our more experienced teammates (and from real projects) every week.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Experience working with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL to extract and explore data.
- A love for visual storytelling through data.
- Organized, curious, and comfortable asking questions when things aren’t clear.
- Some familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets or other BI/reporting tools.

Bonus points for
- Basic understanding of Python, DAX or Power Query.
- Exposure to SaaS or travel-related environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- A mindset of learning by doing.
