**About the role**

The group shipping team is in charge of the daily operation of the shipment to customers of finished photo products created in APG plants. As a part of this team and reporting to the Regional Shipping Lead, the shipping analyst will have an important role in providing data for business decisions, support in projects and making sure carrier invoices are checked & paid in a timely manner. As a Shipping Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our current shipping procedures and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with our logistics team to develop and implement new shipping strategies that will help us provide faster and more efficient delivery to our customers.

**The impact you will make**
- Maintain and control various data sources (mainly Looker) to control shipping & carrier performance, customer satisfaction and other shipping KPI’s
- Work with group data specialist to improve availability & accuracy of data
- Analyze shipping data to identify areas for improvement in our shipping processes
- Support in building business cases for the regional shipping operations.
- Support local logistics teams in operational support questions
- Owner of invoice control & timely payment
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
- Monitor and track shipments to identify and address any issues or delays
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our shipping processes

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in a logistics and/or e-commerce environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Looker and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to adapt approach and build effective working relationships across various teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter. Organized and highly motivated
- Able to travel if required (max. 1-2x/yr)
- English bilingual (all team meetings and communication will be in English)
- Any other of these languages: French / Dutch / German / Spanish strongly preferred.
