**Proposito del puesto**
- Maintaining Infrastructures and Collaboration systems following Gurit’s best practices to ensure the proper operation and take ownership of Girona’s site from an IT perspective.

**Descripción**
- The Infrastructure & Collaboration Analyst must create value for Gurit ensuring:

- Maintaining the Microsoft 365 Collaboration suite, mainly Teams and Sharepoint, and defining a global roadmap to ensure best possible transition of the local file servers to Sharepoint. Provide assessment on new collaboration projects.
- Taking control of the Girona’s IT operative as a local IT manger, which will include maintain the server infrastructure and workplace.
- Will be involved in global infrastructure projects to standardize technologies across all the Gurit locations.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Manage Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools
- Support departments globally for their collaboration projects and resolve incidents
- Migrate local filing systems to Sharepoint.
- Collaborate in global IT Infrastructure initiatives according to Gurit needs (cloud, data center, local servers)
- Manage local Infrastructures according to Gurit needs (local Data rooms, AC, UPS, storage and backup )
- Monitor Infrastructures status to anticipate maintenance, upgrades, improvementsand solve the incidences related to the area of responsibility
- Collaborate on problem resolution management.
- Provide support to Workplace projects.
- Work with the Security Office in order to ensure the technical implementation of the policies defined at a global scale.
- Vendors management (coordinate upgrades, improvements )

**Competencias y experiência**
- Skills:

- Knowledge on Microsoft 365 collaboration systems, Teams and Sharepoint
- Knowledge on the main technologies this position must cover (See “Valuable Technical Competences” section below) Data centres and local servers (Data rooms, UPS, backup,..).
- Good Team Player to be able to collaborate on projects.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience managing Infrastructures/Collaboration tools.
- Experience in multicultural environment and matrix organisation

**Education**:

- IT study (Technological Bachelor)
- General knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Microsoft certifications will be an asset.
- Experience in VMWare environments.
- Azure knowledge will be an advantage.
