Ready to Pay Expert

**At ING we are looking for an Expert Member in ATM operational business**

**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Expert member to join our Operations Ready to Pay Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is the control of the operational processes related to Cards, ATM and Cashback services and give support to Business Tribes to improve these processes.

We are working under Agile methodology and our mission is “Challenging and innovating our processes, anticipating solutions, in order to always offer the best experience to our customers.”

**Your key responsibilities**:
As an Expert member of Ready to Pay team you will:
Positively contribute to control processes related to ATMs, taking care of the daily rejections and customer incidents resolution.

Co-create an excellent work environment together with the rest of the team.

Ensure the customer incidents resolutions are solved within the Service Level Agreement we have for the different types of customer incidents to avoid impact in our customers.
