**The Role**:
We are looking for a new Senior Marketing Partnership & Affiliate Manager to join our Global Train Team, based out of our Barcelona office to take ownership of our partnership and affiliate marketing strategy for Spain and Italy.

**In this Role, you’ll get to**:

- Develop and maintain local high-value user growth partners, establish long-term partnerships, and achieve annual cooperation goals.
- Monitor Partner data (ROI, CVR, CAC), and optimize cooperation models and promotion materials to increase performance share.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to facilitate joint product development, marketing campaigns, and localized UA hook designs.
- Regularly analyze competitor dynamics and policies and regulations to avoid risks and explore new growth opportunities.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**:

- 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and brand partnership development, with resources focused on the Spanish and Italian markets, preferably with success stories in the travel and train industry.
- Have a native level of Spanish or Italian, fluency in English is required
- Experience in cross-border multi-team cooperation, good at cross-cultural communication and project management, able to independently complete the whole collaboration process from negotiation to landing.Skilled in using data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMRUSH, Data.ai) to optimize decision-making.
