**What we’re looking for**:
As the Associate Director of Marketing Services, you are responsible for leading an international team of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) designers dedicated to building high performing pay-per-click (PPC) landing pages. You will play a pivotal role in scaling page production, standardizing and refining existing processes, and upskilling the team.

You will also be responsible for continuously analyzing processes to identify opportunities for improvement across the department. The role reports to the department’s Senior Director, and is a great opportunity to work with an international and dynamic team focused on exceeding client expectations.

**Why you’ll want to come to work**:

- Lead an international team of CRO designers and drive CRO strategy, execution, reporting and analysis
- Achieve monthly and annual targets including page production and conversion rate improvement
- Collaborate with other department leaders to share ideas, communicate program offerings, and identify & deliver new offerings
- Conceptualize, plan and implement training programs to ensure designers are up-to-date on UX, UI and conversion path optimization best practices
- Own relationships with external agency partners from sourcing to relationship management

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant Services/Design/UI/UX experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- A desire to build, scale, and refine teams, tools and processes
- Expertise in testing and optimizing responsive websites & landing pages
- A strong understanding of UX/UI, design thinking and design operations
- A servant leadership mindset and a desire to build people-first teams
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Experience with optimization techniques for Software landing pages a plus
- Experience with Instapage preferred, but not required
