**Role Purpose**

Responsible for working within authority limits on assignments reflecting the expert degree of technical complexity and coordination under broad management direction. Key responsibilities will involve underwriting business in line with the business plan; monitoring aggregate exposure within agreed limits; monitoring premium income to ensure it remains within agreed limits; maintaining awareness of all claims advised; supporting and providing input on settlement of claims advised; building and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients; supporting the design and structure of risks.

**Responsibilities**:
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Underwrite, manage and service a renewal book and produce new business.
- Analysis and evaluation of risks showing technical consistency
- Negotiate with producers to achieve profit objectives.
- Maintain expertise with the products, services, priorities, and targeted markets.
- Maintain awareness of all claims advised while supporting and providing input on settlement of claims.

**OneAXA**
- Promote an OneAXA engagement model with the AXA Entities operating in Spain, share best practice
- Co-Responsible for the local governance and monitoring of local synergies and boundaries
- Training/support for local people on how best to leverage OneAXA entities
- Coordinate and support revenue synergies and One AXA client experience within the country
- Escalation & Troubleshooting

We’re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred.
- Underwriting, policy development, and broker management experience in Property.
- Possess a high and extensive level of technical knowledge and skills.
- Property underwriting expertise.
- Ability to respond to a changing environment with flexibility and innovation.
- Good English command
