**Sales & Client Solutions Lead - Power & Energy Systems**

**Location**:

- This role will be based at one of our offices in either Barcelona (Spain), Aberdeen or Manchester (UK), Rotterdam (Netherlands), or Malmö or Stockholm (Sweden).

**The role**

We're looking for an ambitious **Sales & Client Solutions Lead** to drive expansion in our **Power & Energy Systems**consulting services. You'll identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships that generate sustainable revenue in this rapidly evolving sector across Europe and the Middle East.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share in the power transmission and distribution sector.
- Identify and secure new business with utilities, grid operators, and energy companies.
- Maintain deep knowledge of clients' operational challenges and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop tailored solutions and compelling proposals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to department growth goals.
- Monitor industry developments including the energy transition, grid modernisation, and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in power systems, electrical engineering, or related technical services.
- Understanding of power transmission and distribution systems, renewable integration, or grid modernisation.
- Demonstrated ability to secure complex service contracts and manage high-value client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for business development
- Technical aptitude allowing credible conversations with engineers and technical decision-makers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required. Estimated travel is approximately 30% annually (equivalent to around 30-50 days per year), depending on your location and the needs of the project.
