Land Experience Operations Supervisor, Balearic

Costa Med is a company providing land experiences to the tourists arriving by cruise ships.
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY PROCESSES**:
- maintains relations with local suppliers (buses, guides, sites, hoteliers, restaurateurs) and is responsible for reconfirming bookings, buses, guides, etc. in cooperation with the Land Experience Manager;
- gives briefings to local guides before excursions;
- maintains relations with ship staff;
- manages bookings of all services required on board in support of the Land Experience Operations Manager;
- processes closures of calls and all services in consultation with the Finance Dept.;
- is in constant contact with guides and drivers during the course of tours, informing the Tour Manager and ship staff of the status of the excursion (possible delays due to ship departure, etc.);
- handles any complaints/disruptions;
- design new experiences and make developments in the products to enhance improvements in quality.
**SOFT SKILLS**:
- residence in Palma de Mallorca or Ibiza;
- Spanish mother tongue;
- professional knowledge of English;
- knowledge of other languages is an added value;
- ability to work in a team;
- negotiation skills;
