ROLE SUMMARY:
Mirabal International School, a prestigious international school located in Madrid, is seeking to appoint a Teacher of English and Business for the International Baccalaureate (IB) for the 2025/2026 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join a vibrant and academically ambitious learning community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach IB English and IB Business following the International Baccalaureate curriculum framework.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and a strong academic programme.
Contribute actively to the school community through participation in meetings, school events, and enrichment activities.
Engage in ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.
**Requisitos**:
- **Requisitos**:THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A relevant university degree in English, Business, or a related field, along with a recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching at IB level (Business Management and/or English A), or strong familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme.
A student-centred approach and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support students of diverse backgrounds.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in the use of educational technology and digital tools.
A high level of English fluency (C1/C2). Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
