**Sales Support Associate Spain**:
A trusted thought partner, driving commercial success and improving the Customer Experience
Act as a business partner for the sales professionals
Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination of daily work
Provide transactional support
Ensure Flawless customer on-boarding
Supports initiatives to maintain the highest degree of commercial data integrity

**In this role**:
**Your day to day will include**:
Support the achievement of the Spanish commercial objectives
Ensure the sales team adhere to pricing policies, submit paperwork correctly and follow the correct audit guidelines
Participation in projects to implement improvement initiatives; identify project opportunities and generating ideas and solutions
Communicating with related areas to coordinate your work
Lead work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching and guidance
Supports initiatives to maintain the highest degree of commercial data integrity

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:
You’ll often use your own initiative to drive tasks and targets
Project management skills and abilities, with ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
You’ll have a keen eye for detail & love to work with data, so you have experience in data gathering
Process improvement skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
You’ll love to collaborate, communicate and work with a range of different stakeholders across the organization
It’s essential you speak fluent Spanish and Business English
Presentation skills; ability to present and explain business requirements to all audiences
Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions and to motivate the organization to support business changes
