Thanks to this multicultural background, Fluidra is able to fully understand the requirements of its customers and adapt to them. **Job Purpose**: - Leading new sku optimization process. - Providing support by tracking the quality of the different tools (PowerBI, Margin Bridge Analyzer, etc.) and helping the area to develop standard report. - Will work into Corporate FP&A Sales Controlling area, which is aimed to provide strategic decision-making and sales operations support to company top management to ensure profitable growth, budget and strategic plan achievement. **Accountabilities**: - Tracking the quality of the information needed into PowerBI - Getting a full understanding and knowledge of the current existing process leaded by external consultors. - Developing new reports and processes that can help to identify skus to be phased out and categories to be improved in terms of profitability. - Key partner with Marketing and Project Management teams to optimize the skus portfolio, based on reducing the number of skus and replacing bottom performers by new ones to improve profitability and reduce complexity. - Propose and build sustainable Sales and Margin reporting. - Ensure the consistency and accuracy of the Sales reporting to be issued. **Competences & Skills** - High BI (PowerBI and DAX language are a plus) and Excels skills - Ability to inter-act with others members of the non-Finance community (IT, MKT), create its internal network. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver plan. - Pro-active and flexible, - Highly autonomous, comfortable to deal with stress, time pressure and accurate in execution. - Strong Finance skills. - Fluent in Spanish & English (both writing and speaking) **Behavioral Competences**: - Data Crunching starting base. - Team spirit & management of one Junior Controller. - Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. - Strongly Autonomous & Hands-on. - Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. - Think out of the box and make proposal.
