**Mission**

**Functions**

Talent management area:

- Support in the selection process for interns: publication of vacancies, CV screening, administration of psychotechnical tests and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate in the development of internal communication programs.
- Contribute with ideas to improve internal human resources processes.

Personnel administration area:

- Collaborate in the management of the incorporation process (Onboarding) with the corresponding department Manager and in the registration of employees in the internal system.
- Support in the maintenance of digital files, shared Excel.
- Publication of employee communications on the internal platform (Viva Engage). -Management of agreements with universities and their extensions.

**Studies**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology or similar, with specialization in Industrial Organization

**Knowledge**:
No experience is required, this could be your first internship related to your studies, but it will be valuable if you have had any other previous work or research experience.
- Excel: Basic
- Advanced use of Office Package

**Specifc**:
Personal skills: Responsible; Proactivity and dynamism. Ability to solve problems; Positive attitude; Good communication; Ability to work in a team Orientation to results.

**Languages**:
English: Intermediate/High
Spanish: High
