**More about your future role**:
We are looking for a Senior **Product Manager for OLX Europe** who will be **leading one of our Ecosystem pillars: identity.** The Ecosystem is one of OLX Europe's key strategic initiatives. OLX Europe consists of three Business Units (Motors, Real-Estate, and OLX) each with their own technology platforms, Product & Tech teams, and product roadmaps. The objective of the Ecosystem is to create efficiencies through building shared Product, Data, and Tech capabilities across the three Business Units, (e.g. build 1 instead of 3 solutions where this makes sense), to drive simplification (e.g. address product & tech legacies), and to create strategic capabilities needed for future product initiatives (e.g. real-time 360 degree view of the customer). **The Ecosystem capabilities will be key enablers of cutting-edge product initiatives that will follow.**

In this role, you, the **Senior Product** Manager, are going to be** responsible for one of OLX's biggest priorities**: managing OLX Europe user's identity and lifecycle. You will guide the team where you are responsible for building new features, from the conceptualisation phase and testing of MVPs to generating insights, iterating and scaling the features. **You will craft the vision but also run the roadmap and backlog by working closely with our development team, other product teams and the business owners in Europe.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Establish the vision for identity at OLX Europe based on the value we can provide. Stay close to industry trends and opportunities to advance the vision.
- Work with the product development team to deliver features that impact the way our users interact with the platform.
- Conduct experiments and run A/B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you defined.
- Build and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideas.
- Build and continuously refine the delivery and opportunity validation backlog and define metrics which measure our success.
- Collaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace-enhancing features and coordinate the delivery of the roadmap.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Extensive experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company.
- Curiosity - initiative to dig into the why, what & how.
- Experience in hypothesis and data based product development, e.g. user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis.
- Experience in the identity space
- Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss technical topics with development teams. You are not looking at product development as a feature factory and you can balance speed vs. quality.
- Experience working with agile product development teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required.
