- Gatering information for projects. Documentation
- Make sure the day to day operations of the team are running smoothly
- Ordering offices supplies.
- Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required such as expense reconciliation, raising purchase orders, and assisting with documentation.
- Support on the business travel arrangement
- Travel/ business expenses management, classification and control.
