**About the role**:
The aim of this role is to act as the main point of contact from the Global Marketing Team (product and trade) providing support to local teams to ensure the correct marketing plans implementations - product launches and trade campaigns - and consumer experience in point of sales - identifying opportunities of improvements and ensuring the correct portfolio communication.

Under the direction of the Global Marketing Team, the Marketing Assistant helps to:

- ** Support to activate the Global Marketing Plan and its product launches**: Develop and communicate the portfolio strategy, at a local and global level, of marketing activations and product launches. Manage and execute the global communication of product activations and new launches to ensure the correct consumer experience in POS.
- ** Manage and lead exclusive and seasonal product productions and activations**: Analyze pricing and costs. Develop launch concept for the commercial team. Develop guidelines for the design team to ensure the correct product creation. Daily tracking and communication with external suppliers. Analyze and report product launch performance.
- ** Manage and develop the portfolio communication across channels (online and offline) and countries**:Analyze competitors and market information. Ensure the correct portfolio communication in POS. Identify new opportunities to improve the consumer experience in point of sales.
- ** Responsible of developing the Global Trade Marketing Plan and guidelines to implement it locally in all our countries.**:

- ** Competitors and market analysis**: Research market trends, pricing strategies and other relevant information that helps to the team to develop marketing strategies and to understand what is happening in the sector (trends, promotions, novelties etc).

- Strong interest in the cosmetic industry

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing - A Master’s degree or Business School certification will be a plus.
- Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point domain.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
