**About the Role**
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being. You’ll join a team that values kindness, respect, and professionalism, making a real difference in the lives of older people.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
- Support residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
- Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Healthcare qualification** or relevant care experience
- **English Level B1 or higher** (essential)
- **EU passport** (no visa sponsorship offered)
- Previous experience in healthcare or elderly care is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Details**
- **Contract**: Full-time, permanent
- **Salary range**: €13.50 - €16.00 per hour, depending on experience
- **Shifts**: Flexible day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday
- **Locations Available**: Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Waterford, Louth and Cork
- **Relocation Bonus**: €750 - €1,000 to cover flights and all or some of the first month’s accommodation
