As a Senior Director of Production, you are a seasoned game development professional with a proven track record in Product, People and Process management with a portfolio of F2P games. Preferable from successful casual puzzle games.

You will be responsible for owning the producer craft at the Puzzle studio and supervising the production processes on all the games of the studio’s portfolio, actively guiding every game team on their processes.

Your impact is to build strategic advantage and business value with the production craft and processes of the organisation. We want to be the best puzzle studio in the world and have the best possible processes for running the studio and the studio’s games.

**You will have impact and fun at work by doing**:

- Lead the producer craft for excellence in production
- Leading all aspects of production processes in all games and sparring the processes to be among the best in the industry
- Own the processes of the studio and games with a clear business POV to support the organisation to reach its business targets
- Coordinates and coaches teamwork between all crafts and games
- People leadership & management of the producers in the studio
- Guiding and mentoring in competence development and growth
- Resourcing and recruiting in the production craft

**Experience and skills we are looking for**:

- Solid understanding and experience on F2P game development process management from the prototyping to running a sizeable live game which has people on multiple physical locations
- Solid understanding supervising production processes on a business units that have multiple games on different stages
- Excellent knowledge and experience in estimation, scheduling, prioritising, release planning and partner communication
- Having a clear overview of the project and its status at various stages of development from single game to the studio operations
- Experience of people leadership in F2P game development culture and matrix organisation
- Ensure that the team knows their goals and priorities, providing them with adequate information whenever vital
- Ability to investigate and solve conflict situations
- Initiate and maintain the culture of openness that encourages creative expressiveness in the team
- Encouraging leader with mentor skills to helps others to succeed
- Passionate about the F2P business, especially on casual puzzle games, business critical metrics
- Ability to understand and channel business expectations to the producer craft
- Sees the production and processes as a tool for business growth where the success of the processes and the craft are evaluated based on the business results
