**Refinish Customer Service Coordinator**: As a Customer Service Coordinator at PPG, you will report to the Customer Service Manager **Responsibilities** - Ensure all databases and information sources are kept up to date and compliant with any legislation - Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with all customer enquiries. Ensure all information is captured so that you / team can resolve promptly. - Guide a “ONE TEAM” culture within the department and wider organisation by taking ownership and focussing on promoting teamwork wherever possible. - Offer our customers an exceptional level of customer service as a key team member, like managing: - Backorder reports to all distributors - Sales support (answer inquiries) - Responsible for claims - Responsible for communicating with customers and warehouses reg. quarantines / Stop sales - Standard purchase orders in Oracle - Logistic/operational support to customers and warehouses (support warehouse personnel) **Qualifications** - At least 1+ years of Customer Service experience or wiling to work on Customer Service - MS Office user, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and not afraid of learning new system - Intermediate English - Fluent Spanish Benefits: private health insurance, pension **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
