**Your Future Company**:
An international energy and gas provider present in 28 countries looking for their next ambitious logistics team-member to join their hub in Barcelona. They offer a dynamic and multicultural environment with a team including talents from various nationalities working on high-quality standards.
**Your responsibilities as a Logistics Planner will be**:
- Coordinating the LPG process and systems from order creation to trip reconciliation
- Managing the documentation and special taxes (CRE, ARC etc.)
- Keeping on top of systems maintenance and implementation (NAV, OBTC)
- Transferring work methods and procedures within the team
- Liaising with the different transport companies to ensure the proper service level to the company’s customers
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the scheduling tool as well as proposing and implementing
**Skills and relevant experiences you will need**:
- You have professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- You have knowledge of logístical processes and activities
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or engineering
- You preferably have experience in logistics or supply chain management
- You are skilled in Excel and MS Office
- You are a team player
- You are methodical and have an analytical way of thinking
- You are organized and goal oriented, ready to lead the change
- You are flexible, stress resilient and motivated to grow both personally and professionally
**What’s in it for you?**
