**The Role**

This role includes delegation to design engineers and will leverage and promote each team member’s strengths as a unique value add.

**Minimum Skills**
- Typically 6+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Civil and/or Environmental
- Experience with Site Grading, Earthwork Calculations, Road Design, Drainage

(Calculations & Reports), Utility Layout & Sizing, Technical Report Writing
- Experience in assembling and collating plan set packages
- Previous experience in putting together plan set packages and providing redlines for drafters
- Works independently under general supervision
- Work with multiple site base files oriented in different coordinate frames and varying

units

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Certifications or other sustainability-oriented accreditation preferred (LEED, PE, etc.)
- Knowledge of GIS principles
