A vacancy for an Associate Test Engineer has arisen within Celestica Valencia. The successful applicant will join the Test Engineering team within the Engineering Department of the site, supporting the product testing activities in manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be related to accept, transfer, install, improve and maintain manual and automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification. Tasks performed include, but not limited to, the following activities:

- Optimize the Test process focusing on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield.
- Debug of solutions provided by external vendors or customers based on training supplied.
- Assist with test optimization based on feedback from customers and operations partners based on a solid unstinting of the test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience.
- Maintain with mínimal supervision, the continuing performance of the Testers and participate in the OEE improvement plans, yield and test time optimization.
- Support test development activities of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality and reliability test solutions are deployed to manufacturing operations.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level in Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunication). Master level is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in complex electronic assemblies test systems (structural test, functional test, HiPot, synor, etc)
- Experience or knowledge in test systems software (Labview, TestStand, etc).
- Experience or knowledge in programming languages is a plus (Python, VisualBasic, C++, etc).
