**About the Role**:
We are looking for a professional, capable and motivated Project Administrator to provide proactive support to the Compliance Consulting London Team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with the input and control of opportunities on the CRM system (SalesForce) from the opening of an opportunity through to completion
- Help maintain our template Engagement Letters
- Prepare Engagement Letters when required
- Have knowledge of UK KYC procedures and requirements
- Gather KYC information and documentation; load risk assessment requests onto the Kroll Portal. Liaison with client where necessary
- Submitting Work Requests to Finance
- Once projects are created ensure the information is distributed and team members allocated as require
- Update the billing control document with new projects
- Ensure the billing control document is kept up to date
- Assist work managers, as and when required, to assign team members to projects
- Lawson code management and maintenance
- Be responsible for the billing and debt collection processes:
- Issuing monthly and ad hoc invoices
- Checking the status of projects with work managers to ensure we are not missing key billing milestones
- Ensure debtors are kept under control - inform job managers of potential problems or issues
- Provide MI to assist with revenue projections throughout the year
- Maintain lists of client key contacts and firm types
- Track sales of toolkits and the like
- Assist with WIP management
- Train new starters and colleagues where required - Kroll Applications and procedures
- Vacation cover for colleagues
- Support the firm by acting effectively as part of the London support team
- Deal with any admin queries and issues on all levels when necessary
- Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business
- Client liaison
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience of working with senior management and taking responsibility of projects
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SalesForce and Lawson is preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time and projects effectively and a high ability to multi-task
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Experience in similar field
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure
