**Are you a Technology Consultant with a passion to create opportunity through learning and development for all?**

**What You’ll Do**

As a Technology Consultant within SAP Learning Systems, you will work with an amazing team of highly talented consultants, engineers, designers, and product managers to transform the way the entire SAP ecosystem learns, upskills and how our customers and partners are enabled on our solutions.

We are currently undergoing a transformation to build a digital first, learner centric, education approach. As colleagues in SAP Learning seek to build world class learning experiences, you will be responsible to grow “hands on” offerings at large scale.

You will collaborate closely with product teams, architects and engineering teams to align and establish a shared vision across the teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Determine SAP's needs for learning - help identifying areas where practice on SAP products is key
- Setup and tune practise systems for hands-on experience - maximize impact of available budget
- **Scale practice systems** for up to 10k users where possible for both cloud and hybrid scenarios
- Ensure technical stability of the product through in-depth understanding of the technical concepts and domain experience
- Develop ideas for new hands-on formats beyond classical instructor lead training
- Drive adoption of hands-on to increase the number of active learners
- Create a setup which is robust, delights the customer and is easy to support

**What You’ll Bring**

We are looking for Technology Consultant with background in SAP technology or SAP Products (BTP, S/4) with a passion for enablement and:

- 1-3 years of experience managing projects with geographically dispersed team members
- You are familiar with learning trends and are willing to drive change against the status quo.
- Fluent in English
