**As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Product, you will**: Join a world-class team of Quantum experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry to design, implement and enhance cutting-edge quantum and quantum-inspired machine learning algorithms.-
Collaborate with Services teams to create tailored solutions for diverse clients, including Fortune-500 companies in both public and private sectors, ensuring our offerings effectively tackle their unique challenges.

Lead and drive research initiatives within the team in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating closely with the team’s tech lead and manager to position our products at the forefront of technology and advance our product strategy.
Engage with and mentor fellow junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science and related fields.
- 5+ years industry experience in similar roles.
- Strong background and hands-on experience with different ML technologies, including general machine learning and deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision, in both supervised and unsupervised tasks.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.)
- Experience using git, unit testing, and docker.
- Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources.
- Perfect command of the English language, both spoken and written.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields- Expertise in unsupervised machine learning and time series analysis.- Experience in training and deploying deep learning models on the Cloud- Experience using MLOps frameworks such as MLflow.- Ability to work independently and rapidly adapt to new challenges.- Demonstrated research experience (e.g., peer-reviewed articles)

**Exceptional Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and experience with designing and implementing quantum machine learning routines
