Region MED > SBU MED Service > MED - SCADA **Responsabilities**: - Oversee SCADA MED team, continue transformation from SCADA to Plant Support. Get the most out of the MED resources, improve cooperation with Cluster and direct the cluster SCADA leads into improving performance. - Define and maintain region and sub-region SCADA KPI's and capacity planning. Ensure that team can deliver construction needs and operational support: - Effectively oversee SCADA team's budget, with special focus on controlling time registration. - Ensure collaboration with Group and VPS, both on increasing the knowledge of the MED team with the new solutions but also to ensure that the MED agenda is taken into the group plans. - Be the main point of contact from group and VPS for Plant related issues, attend the meetings with other regional and group Plant leads; - Provide contacts and establish direct communication lines from regional SCADA Subject matter Experts and respective peers in VPS and global service; - Ensure Cyber Security is implemented in the SCADA team and prepare organization to work with new products. - Coordinate the FAT facilitates team in Zaragoza, and collaboration with the cluster -> Move work from the field to the production environment. **Qualifications**: - Experience (5rs +) in wind turbine leadership role; - Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar; - English language written and spoken Skills. **Competencies**: - Problem Solving, Results Orientation and Communication - Comprehensive technical skills with emphasis in problem solving - Able to organize priorities and daily work under a growing environment - Good communication and presentation skills **What We Offer**: Vestas is proud to be the energy industry's global partner in sustainable energy solutions.
