Buen conocimiento del Plan General Contable para poder realizar análisis de las partidas y detectar posibles errores de registro. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa GAAP y aplicación de las normas IFRS.
- Experiência en análisis de información financiera garantizando la integridad, exactitud y consistencia de la misma (Balance, Cuentas de Pérdidas y Ganancias, aging de clientes y proveedores, ratios de gestión).
- Experiência en la realización de Reporting: revisión y cuadre de la información, carga de datos en plataforma de Reporting de acuerdo con una estructura estandarizada para todo el Grupo. Análisis de variaciones e investigación de su origen.
- Realización de cuadres entre módulos de contabilidad y auxiliares, conciliaciones contables de clientes y proveedores y saldos Intercompany (detectando diferencias y haciendo seguimiento de las mismas).
- Elaboración y revisión de asientos de contabilidad general: provisiones de gastos e ingresos, ajustes de ventas, regularización de impuestos, altas y bajas de inmovilizado, etc.
- Elaboración de informes específicos a partir de datos obtenidos de los distintos sistemas financieros para su presentación a los responsables.
- Realización de recomendaciones enfocadas a optimizar la gestión, mejorar y simplificar los procedimientos
- Se valorará muy positivamente experiência en Auditoría Estatutaria y conocimientos en controles SOX
General Ledger Reporting Analyst|Multinacional del sector de la comunicación
- Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiência en departamento de contabilidad financiera o auditoría.
- Experiência en realización de tareas con fecha límite de entrega (deadlines).
- Habituado a trabajar con bases de datos, combinándolas para obtener informes resumidos.
- Conocimientos de Excel a nível avanzado - (TD sí macros no, formulación básica)
- Nível mínimo de inglés B2
