We do this by bringing our talents to bear in all phases of marketing, including strategic planning, PR, digital, events, social media, the web, and analytics. In a typical day as an **SOE Field Marketing Manager**, you would - You will work with sales leaders and channel marketing to align marketing investments with Aruba’s business priorities in Spain, Italy & other Markets in Southern Europe - You’ll implement and activate focused initiatives, working closely with sales into key accounts within the region - You’ll own BU Marketing Plan & Budget in SOE region including prioritization of spend per segment and campaign - Support X-BU initiatives in region with other HPE marketing groups - Manage marketing’s pipeline contribution across all campaigns, with an emphasis on ROI. - You’ll work with EMEA Demand Centre on Digital Execution including country websites - You will own execution of BU end-user initiatives in the region across such as Demand Generation, Events and Corporate Communications including customer case studies **About you**: - Typycally 7 years experinces in Marketing field, preferible in IT industry or Technology in general. - Holding an advanced university degree - You have strong experience in a field marketing role working across sales and marketing teams - You have a can-do attitude with examples of projects that have delivered impact - You’ve managed virtual teams with direct reports being a plus. - You are great at building relationships and working collaboratively with others - You have an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to convey messages clearly (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal and external peers and management. - You have a Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales - You show proficiency in English, Spanish language (both written and spoken), speaking Italian would be a bonus Join us and make your mark We offer: - A competitive salary and extensive social benefits - Diverse and dynamic work environment - Work-life balance and support for career development - An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?
