***Windows Systems Engineer***:
Madrid | Working from home up to 60% | Reference 6904

**What You Bring**:

- Deep understanding of Active Directory, including design, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) and related services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, NTLM, SMB, etc.)
- Familiarity with AD-related security practices, audit requirements, and compliance standards
- Strong experience working in distributed teams, utilizing virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint, with a proactive mindset and self-starter attitude to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent coordination and communication skills in English, with Spanish and/or German as a plus

**What You Will Do**:

- Analyze the current multi-domain Active Directory (AD) setup, identify redundancies, and develop a strategy to consolidate and reduce the number of domains
- Present compelling arguments to persuade customers to adopt standard AD practices and migrate their domains
- Align the AD environment with the organization’s global standards, ensuring consistency across all domains
- Design, deploy, and maintain the organization's global automation standard for user and access management, streamlining account lifecycle processes and ensuring consistency across all domains
- Implement best practices for AD security, such as hardening policies, privileged access management, and audit logging
