Cyber Underwriter

The Opportunity:

Your New Role:

- Underwrite business following the business plan and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and delivery of the annual business plan.
- Contribute to meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
- Promote the department, division, and company to maximise brand leverage.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Continually develop technical knowledge and expertise.
- Manage resources across the team to achieve business requirements.
- Motivate and develop the team through good leadership behaviours.
- Ensure accurate recording of insurance risks and compliance with regulations.

About you:

- Experience in cyber insurance as an underwriter/ assistant underwriter, or as a broker.
- Technically sound, with the ability to balance production goals with underwriting discipline.
- Good communicator and relationship builder, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
