**Job Content, Responsibilities, and Possibilities**:
Based in Madrid (Spain) you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and maintenance phases of our pioneering Green Hydrogen Project. In this role, you will ensure the project’s technical elements are effectively integrated and optimized for startup and continued operational success. Furthermore, you will contribute to the project’s design phase and be pivotal in transitioning the project to its operational phase, ensuring all systems function within specified parameters and compliance.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

- ** Project Design Contribution**: Work closely with the design team to incorporate operational and maintenance perspectives into project plans to optimize the design for maintenance efficiency and reliability.
- ** System Installation and Commissioning**: Oversee the installation of hydrogen production equipment including electrolysers, compressors, and storage units, and lead the commissioning efforts.
- ** Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the hydrogen production plant, focusing on maximizing uptime and longevity of the plant.
- ** Operational Efficiency and Safety**: Ensure all systems operate at peak efficiency with a staunch commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain all necessary documentation related to operations and maintenance procedures, including training manuals for future use.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Set up and oversee systems to monitor the performance of the hydrogen plant, ensuring operations adhere to environmental and safety standards.
- ** Emergency Systems**: Develop and implement robust emergency and safety procedures for operational management, including regular safety drills and updates to safety protocols.

**What you Bring and your Qualities**
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Deep understanding of electrolyser technology, hydraulic systems, and high-pressure gas systems.
- ** Project Management Skills**: Strong ability to manage large-scale projects from conception through to completion, including all aspects of planning, scheduling, and execution.
