**Job Description**:

We are currently recruiting for a **Junior Ground Engineer / Junior Geologist** to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Projects. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic **Transportation, Water and Minning projects**, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. It can be a great opportunity for a junior profile that wants to boost his/her professional technical career on the ground engineering and digital space

**The responsibilities of this role include**:

- Works on international projects related to geotechnical engineering as part of the Enterprise Capabilities’ family
- Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced ground engineer.
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Supports processing geotechnical data for ground interpretation and report preparation.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Supports on geotechnical characterization activities
- Delivers geological and geotechnical models with the assistance of digital tools

**Minimum Requirements**
- Experience in the use of **processing and digital tools such as ArcGIS, Leapfrog, OpenGround and/or gINT** for the preparation of mining (and civil works) geological / geotechnical models (+2 years)
- Some experience delivering site investigation and characterization interpretative reports (+2 years).
- Capabilities on the use of specific ground engineering software as Geoestudio / Plaxis / Rocscience could be considered favorably
- Advanced level in CAD software (preferable AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).
- Communicative level of English (oral and written)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master degree Geotechnical/Geological Engineering from a recognised University
