**The Business**

The Investments team helps asset owners across the world to solve their investment problems. We offer a range of services across different delivery models, spanning advice, Total Funds Solutions (TFS), Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) and analytics & tools, all structured to give investors access to best-in-class ideas and the opportunity to meet their long-term investment goals.

As **Strategist for Continental Europe,** you will support our clients in the region by providing exceptional client management for our Total Fund Solutions, while focusing on delivering Specialist Portfolio Solutions in this exciting new growth area for Continental Europe (“CE”).

We actively encourage flexible working and note that this role could be either full-time or part-time. You will be reporting into the Head of Continental Europe, and will work closely with the Head of Germany and the Head of Growth & Clients for CE.

**The Role**

**Deliver customized Delegated solutions to clients and prospects in CE**:

- Build strong and sustainable relationships with corporates, pension funds and insurance companies to drive growth
- Supporting existing clients (particularly in Germany, but also in wider CE) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional client management
- Listen to the needs of the market and ensure internal resources (investment content, product, operations, etc.) are aligned to provide best in class solutions
- Manage and support the creation of bespoke and high-quality prospect and client deliverables by leveraging our operating model in the region
- Key part of live sales pursuit processes, partnering with internal colleagues to tailor the message to prospects, displaying business development discipline through the process
- Build and then demonstrate a keen understanding of the competitive dynamics for our solutions
- Gather information from clients and prospects to provide feedback to help the business support sales activity and product development

**Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and support**:

- Support the culture and collaborative environment in the CE team to facilitate innovation and success
- Pro-actively support and develop colleagues to be successful in their own roles
- Building strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
- Communicate developments in this growth initiative to the wider CE team and other WTW stakeholders

**Business Management**:

- Collaborate with other members of the CE team to assess market opportunities, prioritize solutions and align resources to drive growth
- Liaise with our different teams in CE (Growth & Clients, Portfolio Management, Advisory Portfolio Group) to ensure we leverage as much as possible our operating model
- Work with those teams to adjust our proposition where necessary, for example to adjust for new regulation or demands from prospects
- Develop consistent and clear market positioning and messaging for WTW’s role in the Specialist Portfolio Solution space

**The Requirements**
- Collaborative leadership skills and experience in influencing teams of professionals to deliver exceptional levels of client management, financial performance, and employee engagement
- Ability to utilize personal style and network to build a high level of executive presence, positively impacting direction or organization and effectively challenge the status quo
- Display of broad sale management skills, including relationship building, collaboration, presentation skills, empathy, and adaptability
- In-depth knowledge of the German market, but also knowledge of the wider CE market
- Proactive, solutions oriented, and a growth driven mindset
