Preparación de informes financieros y Due Dilligence de activos inmobiliarios - Análisis financieros y de balances de activos y carteras/filiales dentro del grupo - Elaboración de informes para la matriz y el fondo "madre" para la consecución de operaciones de compra/venta - Análisis de desviaciones contables - Tareas y gestión de Tax compliance - Gestión del cash flow y mucho trabajo en tesorería - Soporte en auditorías externas e internas de proyectos y grupo en general - Colaboración con otros departamentos y stakeholders externos - Reporte continuo en inglés oral y escrito Financial & Controller Analyst with high english|Great company in REAL ESTATE sector based in Madrid - Licenciatura o Grado en ADE, Económicas o similar - Al menos 3 años de experiência en Due Dilligence, Financial Advisory o External Audit en empresa "BIG8" - Muy valorable experiência en SOCIMIs - Deseable experiência en normativa US GAAP - Alto nível de inglés oral y escrito (al menos C1) - Excelente nível de Excel - Fundamental perfil resolutivo, buscador de soluciones a problemas y mentalidad de mejora de procesos - Persona muy orientada a resultados - Perfil ambicioso para unirse a proyecto ambicioso en alto crecimiento - Profesional muy organizado y responsable, capaz de tener la autonomía y determinación adecuadas Great company in REAL ESTATE sector based in Madrid Oportunidad de desarrollo profesional y carrera financiera a largo plazo Financial & Controller Analyst with high english
