Work with the Valuation Advisory team in Spain to generate and execute Valuation Reports.
Capability to contribute to financial modelling, using valuation tools such as Argus Enterprise, Excel worksheets, and prepare thorough valuation reports for clients.
Capability to discuss valuations with clients in Spanish and English, other languages are an asset.
Availability to work in cross border international projects when required.
Maintain relationships with other Business Lines to identify cross selling opportunities.
Participate in any national or international project that is required, availability to travel is required.
Assist to all internal meetings that are required.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s resources and capabilities across EMEA and globally.
Maintain a strong general understanding of how different sectors are performing (Offices, Retail, Industrial, Living, Alternatives).
